A scandalous chat reveals the way the rutty socialite blackmails a future female doctor into sleeping with him for getting her degree
The newly elected MP from Pleven BSP list has forced female students from the Medical University in his home town to sexually satisfy him if they want to graduate.
During the time when he is not in the Parliament, the red MP is working as a Head of "Secretariat, European Programs and Projects" department in the Medical University of Pleven and in this role he is responsible for ensuring the legal status of the educational institution. His position is giving him unlimited power to do everything he wish, people familiar with his life claim.
An alarming signal has arrived at our editorial mail, signed by a woman from Pleven named Malinka Pencheva. And the signal is quite embarrassing. The woman detected a perverted chat between her daughter, who is a student at MU-Pleven, and a person recorded in her phone directory as Mr Yontchev 1. According to her, this was the People's Representative from BSP-Pleven Iliyan Yontchev.
‘This person is harassing my daughter with inappropriate invites for sexual contacts. He does that in person, when he sees her and also online.’, the embarrassed mother writes. ‘In the end of her first year in university she had some document issues so she addressed them to Yonchev. He assured her that would help her sort things out but during the whole summer did not stop writing to her indecent offers and invites to meet her in private.
He told her directly that her student life and destiny depend only on him and his signature and she is the one to decide if she wants to graduate as a doctor or remains a waitress. This person does not care that he has a family, that he is an MP. He behaves extremely cynically‘, the Pleven citizen complains.
The screenshots (whose prototypes we keep in our editorial office) clearly show that image of the sender (that we have blurred as per GDPR requirements) looks like the MP very much. The content itself is clear enough. Mr Yontchev 1 is asking Mrs Pencheva’s daughter what she has decided and is visibly annoyed by her answer that the girl is in a serious relationship.
In his turn the MP is asking if her education is not a serious enough matter and states that he is a man with dignity who does not like to be fooled and played.
He assures her that their relationship will be extremely discreet because he has a family – a wife and a son, but this is not an obstacle. In a fit of lust, he asks the student what she is wearing and demands that she go to the bathroom to send him nude photos.
The dirty play with the 20-year-old girl is not a precedent for Yonchev, assures us the sender of the report, who threatens to file a report with the police. "I have found out from my daughter that he has maintained intimate contacts with 4 more female students, one of them is even something like an official lover. The girl's name is Magdalena and her parents are in Sofia. He has taken advantage of the fact that the child is alone in a foreign city and hurried to blackmail her. He also said that if the female students did not sleep with him, he would break them up during the exams because the rector, Prof. Gorchev, was his best man and only one of his words was enough," Mrs. Pencheva assures us.
Our sources from Pleven has confirmed that Yonchev does have a half-official concubine, Maggie Milanova, 23-years-ols, a student in MU-Pleven. Despite the fact that he is married to Dr Yoana Yoncheva, which he also impregnated years ago, when she was still a student, and have a son with her, the MP does not hesitate to demonstrate his young lover in the Pleven restaurants and bars. He even takes his young lover to deputy party gatherings while his wife labors in the hospital, his disgusted fellow citizens says.
But that was only the tip of the iceberg. The Pleven gossips, whom we don't want to believe, say that Yonchev was part of a perverse society of rich and over-liberated local bar people who enjoyed a group full program in the discreet and luxurious setting of an art hotel owned by another wealthy aging socialist.
His fellow deputy party member and deputy head of the municipal council in Pleven Boyko Todorov is one of the people, that are taking part in group sex plays, who himself boasted that he is an inveterate swinger. Todorov is the king of public procurement and quick loans, and logically has broken his marriage vow with side hustles. On this basis, his friendship with Yonchev is growing stronger day by day, and both of them has developed vicious party schemes at a time when they are not consummating the love of girls of prosecutorial age. They are accompanied by a dozen other people from Pleven highlife, some of them with a very good name in business and politics.
The future female doctors from MU-Pleven who were stuck with their studies were given a hotel room number, where they had to show up at night and take part in the perverted orgies of the besepars. Whether the beauties brought cocaine and amphetamines to these soirées is a question within the prerogatives of the competent authorities.
The author of the report against Iliyan Yonchev also sheds light on the question of where an ordinary member of parliament and official has the money to live like a polygamous Dubai sheikh and take his young women to exotic destinations, which he can then flaunt in front of his colleagues. It was rumored at the university that Mr. MP took fat bribes from the foreign students in order to pass to a higher course. But because he was "understanding and tolerant", he did not ask Bulgarian women for money, but only for intimate caresses and sex.
We hope that the police and the prosecutor's office will take a serious look at the report and, if they find violations, that MP Iliyan Yonchev will be held accountable.
The moral side of the case is so eloquent that any comment is superfluous. But behind the unbridled temper of yet another dissolute ruler, a sinister corruption scheme in health care peeks through. The medical profession is one of the most noble and at the same time responsible. To give a medical diploma to some rascals who slept with money from the parliament is tantamount to murder. Because tomorrow the health of our children and parents will be in their hands.
